摘要: Sixty-six patients in whom the macula was detached before surgery were observed for at least 1 year after retinal reattachment. Macular abnormalities recognised clinically most with severely reduced vision. Failure of receptor regeneration or misalignment may account visual reduction a minority but be less important as cause acuity than previously supposed. This study confirms that prognosis is related to duration detachment surgery, and macular 2 months longer are likely suffer persistently
