摘要: The aim of this study was optimization molecular genetic method for sex determination superorder Neognathae from class Aves. Molecular-genetic methods based on the amplification a chromo-helicase DNA binding 1 (CHD) gene region, which is located in both chromozomes Z and W. Genomic isolated whole blood and feathers by using commercial column kit QIAamp Mini kit. intron regions CHDW CHDZ genes were amplified specific primers P2 P8. PCR used two differences between genes. One them restriction site endonuclease Hae III only second lenght polymorphism where males detected one band females bands 3 % agarose gel. These molecular-genetics successfully 36 species .
