摘要: Abstract Optimization of a Brayton cycle engine in contact with fluid thermal capacities. Finite time thermodynamics studies have recently been devoted to all kind cycles. Some works done on The proposed model is synthesis the preceding ones; this completes papers, particularly regarding two following aspects: 1. it takes into account losses occurring between heat source and sink, that are finite reservoirs; 2. influences limiting conditions for fluids at sink (four cases). study performed partial total regeneration, without regeneration heat. Influence global internal irreversibility also included sensitivity analysis model. Results presented nondimensionnal form useful design project. Limiting cases enlightened by method, allow us disuss whole set previously obtained results.
