摘要: Phosgene (COCl2) is a colorless oxidant gas which heavier than air and the lethal exposure dose (LC50) in humans 500 ppm/min. This was originally manufactured as an agent for chemical warfare during World War I there had been great deal of studies on phosgene poisoning early years industrial use. It still widely used synthesis chemicals plastics. In modern era, however, relatively uncommon except accidental exposures. Korea, has no report about lung injury from inhalation. We present clinical experience with six patients accidentally exposed to phosgene.
