Moretenol and other triterpenes from Ficus macrophylla Desf

摘要: From the exudate of bark Ficus macrophylla Desf., cycloartenol, butyrospermol, and lupeol were isolated as their acetates. The leaves contained nonacosane, triacontane, hentriacontane, dotriacontane, tritriacontane, "ceryl alcohol", a new triterpene, moretenol. By degradative mass spectrometric studies, latter was shown to b3 3β-hydroxy-2lαH-hop-28-ene.
