摘要: In this paper we carry out a meta-analysis of recent studies into the costs greenhouse gas mitigation policies that aim at long-term stabilization these gases in atmosphere. We find cost estimates to be sensitive level target, assumed emissions baseline, intertemporal optimisation, choice control variable (CO2 only versus multigas), assumptions on future technological options (backstop and carbon capture storage), and, lesser degree, scientific ?forum? which study was developed.
