摘要: Renal osteodystrophy is a common complication of chronic renal failure in children. Its radiological appearances include those hyperparathyroidism, namely subperiosteal bone resorption and ungual tuft erosion rickets (Meema et al, 1978; Genant & Resnick, 1988). Subperiosteal has been considered the most sensitive radiographic sign (Sundaram, 1989) as such, its extent assessed an indicator for disease activity 1978). Accurate measurements have made using high definition magnification radiographs (Buckland-Wright 1989; 1990). They showed that percentage (i.e. expressed total length) change over time correlated with level serum parathyroid hormone (PTH). Thus PTH was associated extensive resorption.
