摘要: Acid phosphatase has been localized by cytochemical techniques in aleurone layers of dry barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) grains, imbibed half-grains and isolated treated with without gibberellic acid (GA3). A major fraction the enzyme activity is located cell walls. During imbibition incubation GA3 a steady increase inner wall region indicates continued release into walls, but there no essential change distribution wall-enzyme sites. On other hand, when present found for first time regions that become digested during treatment. These results indicate channels act as preferential routes through which released from layer. No are formed absence and, being route enzyme, it accumulates around cells. Assays vitro support conclusions based on histochemical data. They under strict control, some not dependent.Acid protein matrix grains all stages except grain. Enzyme persists throughout treatment enlargement mobilization reserves takes place. It suggested this hydrolyses phosphate within grains.
