摘要: Abstract Background Children with lower limb loss face gait and balance limitations. Prosthetic rehabilitation is thus aimed at improving functional capacity mobility throughout the developmental phases of child amputee. This review literature was conducted to determine characteristics prosthetic among children adolescents lower-limb amputation or other loss. Methods Both qualitative quantitative studies were included in this data organized by etiology, age range level amputation. Findings The findings indicated that structural differences between amputations typically developing lead differences. Significant respect found spatiotemporal, kinematic, kinematic parameters ground-reaction forces. transtibial place significantly larger load on their intact leg compared during tasks. In more complex dynamic tests, they generally score than peers. Interpretation There limited pertaining physical therapy protocols, especially for different groups, targeting enhancements. Understanding patterns will benefit design components protocols improve long-term outcomes through adulthood.
