摘要: While the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) is still far below their theoretical efficiency, we herein provide a method to improve cell performance by using carbon nanoparticles as template construct TiO2 mesoporous photoanodes. Carbon are obtained microwave synthesis and further mixed with paste, photoanodes prepared spin-coating followed thermal treatment. In comparison fabricated from pure nanoparticles, that nanoparticle assisted show obvious improvement. The best achieved content 15 wt% in photoanode. A maximum PCE 4.41% achieved, giving 35.3% enhancement efficiency. Systematic investigations carried out reveal role photoanode corresponding mechanism proposed.
