摘要: Purpose We aimed to evaluate the ADNEX MR scoring system for prediction of adnexal mass malignancy, using a simplified magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) protocol. Methods In this prospective study, 200 patients with 237 masses underwent MRI between February 2014 and 2016 were followed until 2017. Two radiologists calculated scores an protocol dynamic not high temporal resolution as originally proposed. Sensitivity, specificity, positive negative predictive values, likelihood ratios, area under receiver operating characteristic curve (cutoff score ≥ 4). The reference standard was histopathologic diagnosis or findings during >12 months follow-up. Results Of lesions, 79 (33.3%) malignant. system, protocol, showed 94.9% (95% confidence interval [CI], 87.5%-98.6%) sensitivity 97.5% CI, 93.6%-99.3%) specificity in malignancy prediction; it thus highly accurate, like original system. level interobserver agreement on (κ = 0.91). Conclusion tertiary cancer center, even based performed well malignant masses. This may enable standardization reporting masses, thereby improving communication gynecologists.
