摘要: Red porgy, Pagrus pagrus, is a candidate species for aquaculture diversification. The aim of this work was to assess whether an early supply enriched Artemia (D1) or direct step dry diets (D3) would be advantageous weaning strategies red porgy larvae, compared later followed by (D2). Direct diet resulted in significantly lower growth, survival, pancreatic (trypsin and lipase), intestinal (alkaline phosphatase) enzyme-specific activity, with the exception leucine-alanine peptidase. strategy presented severe nutritional restrictions from stages associated delay maturation digestive system. two-step D1 D2 comparable results most parameters, including survival. Weaning using as intermediate confirmed adequate larvae. Digestive enzymes selected fatty acids correlated well performance responses dietary regimes, thereby supporting use these parameters sensitive reliable indicators physiological status during larval stages.
