摘要: Aims to provide a conceptual framework for describing maintenance standards in relation built assets, i.e. buildings as special class of long‐life durable assets that are fundamental most business operations. Advocates the definition by evaluating two key variables inherent establishing asset demands irrespective nature may be supporting; classification actions and effectiveness actions. Describes evaluation methodology based on simple four‐quadrant matrix.
