摘要: Abstract Objective The purpose of this secondary data analysis was to compare the effect 2 multimodal exercise-based physical therapy interventions (one with and one without whole-body vibration [WBV] plus traction) on pain disability in patients nonspecific chronic low back (NSCLBP). Methods We conducted a from distinct samples. One sample Focus Therapeutic Outcomes Inc. (FOTO) group (n = 55, age 55.1 ± 19.0 years), other Illinois Back Institute (IBI) 70, 47.5 13.4 years). Both groups had NSCLBP for more than 3 months numeric rating scale (NRS) score ≥7. received treatment consisting flexibility or stretching exercises, core stability training, functional postural exercises strengthening exercises. However, IBI also WBV traction. measured before after therapeutic trials using NRS Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). Results scores were significantly improved both groups, decreasing by points FOTO 5 group. ODI groups; 9 22 points. Conclusions results preliminary study suggest that NPS statistically receiving care. included traction combination care greater clinical results. This several limitations making it difficult generalize entire population.
