摘要: Nitric oxide is a unique neurotransmitter, which participates in many physiological and pathological processes the organism. Nevertheless there are little data about neuronal Oxide Synthase immunoreactive (nNOS-ir) neurons fibers dorsal claustrum (DC) of cat. In this respect aims study were: (1) to demonstrate nNOS-ir DC; (2) describe their light microscopic morphology distribution; (3) investigate analyze ultrastructure neurons, synaptic terminals; (4) verify whether consist specific subpopulation claustral neurons; (5) have pattern organization throughout DC. For demonstration Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex method was applied. Immunopositive for nNOS were present all parts On microscope level different shape size. According latter they divided into three groups—small (with diameter under 15 μm), medium-sized from 16 20 μm) large over 21 μm). Some lightly-stained while others darkly-stained. electron immunoproduct observed dendrites terminal boutons. Different types differ according ultrastructural features. Three boutons found. As conclusion we hope that will contribute better understanding functioning DC cat some presented could be extrapolated other mammals, including human.
