摘要: The article is the continuation of work devoted to numerical study processes in single-phase ac plasma torch operating at low current (up 10A RMS). main attention paid analysis flow pattern and behavior gasdynamic parameters. effects acceleration rarefaction near axial arc core are shown. transformation structures typical for cold (e.g., vortex behind back step), as well appearance new vortexes jet periphery), demonstrated discussed. An explanation given effect increase voltage drop with rate supplied air, associated medium electric resistance. presented results accordance experimental data on a conventional torch.
