摘要: The present study develops an Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) with the aim to assess changes over time in distribution of selected uses land two Mediterranean urban regions (Rome and Athens) different morphology economic functions. global local Moran’s indexes spatial autocorrelation describe land-use structure observed cities mid-1970s late-2000s, debates on divergent contribution compact growth scattered expansion use. analysis identifies fringe landscapes as a key target for containment policies sprawling cities.
