摘要: Verticillium Wilt Disease is one of the most important diseases affecting rate cotton yield. There no economic chemical control for wilt, but it recommended to use resistant varieties this disease. This experiment was carried out in a randomized plot design with four replications growth chamber determine response some cultivars against defoliating and non-defoliating pathotypes Verticilllium dahliae Kleb. In study, total twenty i.e. GIZA 75, tolerant CARMEN susceptible ACALA SJ2, (PYDV6 isolate) (Vd 11 were used, tested using conidial suspension technique. Analysis variance showed significantly (P<0.05) differences among cultivars. The lowest disease severity pathotype determined 75 (1.00), followed by (1.75) FAMOSA (1.87). highest SJ2 3.50 BEREN 3.12. again 0.35, GAIA. value found 2.50 2.12. As result, cvs GAIA wilt be susceptible.
