摘要: Purpose. To investigate demographic and anatomical factors associated with a reduction in endothelial cell density (ECD) after phacoemulsification (PE) for the treatment of primary angle closure (PAC). Methods. In this prospective case series, ECD was evaluated by noncontact specular microscopy biometric parameters both optical biometry anterior segment coherence tomography, preoperatively at 12 months surgery. Anterior biomicroscopy gonioscopy were also performed. The change its relation to clinical characteristics linear regression analysis. Results. 44 patients PAC included study. mean (SD) patient age 71.6 (10.2) years; thirty-one (70.5%) them women. Coexistence exfoliation syndrome (XS) observed 4 cases (9.1%). (cells/mm2) changed from 2275 (463) 1964 (613) postoperatively −310 (95% CI −445 −176; ). multivariate model, correction lens status, XS only parameter percentage (B = −36.00; Conclusion. PE causes significant reduction. our population patients, is significantly change. group careful preoperative evaluation should be
