摘要: Summary. An evaluation is given of haemolysin, neutralisation, thermostability, saline titration, anti-Ap antibody absorption and 2-mercapto-ethanol studies on the sera from 178 clinically affected ABO HD cases 130 control cases. The antiglobulin titre treated which determines IgG was best procedure used for demonstration significant immune anti-A/B antibodies in maternal sera. The screen series 5,704 group 0 mothers detection attempted prediction revealed that occurs with a frequency about 0.8%. Exchange transfusion needed six i.e. 0.1% all infants O screened. The minimum criteria diagnosis are serological incompatible an eluate prepared baby' red cells, accompanied by clinical observation jaundice, or more rarely pallor due to anaemia, infant during first few days following birth. In absence elution serum blood sample baby, presence high (>256) provides good presumptive evidence baby may be suffering HD.
