摘要: Objective: Multiple gestations are at increased risk for prematurity as well perinatal mortality and morbidity. The aim of this study was to identify the independent factors adverse outcome in a large uniform population twins delivered preterm. Methods: We accessed cohort twin period 1990-2000 < 37.0 weeks gestation. Chorionicity established by ultrasound assessment dividing membrane, neonatal gender histologic examination placenta birth. Adverse defined stillbirth, death, or major complications. Statistical analysis used contingency tables, Student's t test, one-way ANOVA logistic regression, with two-tailed p < 0.05 considered significant.
