摘要: Transcription, the initial step of gene expression is a tightly regulated process. In addition to variability in core promoter region RNA polymerase II transcribed genes, which can stabilize or destabilize basal machinery and influence transcription rates, promoters contain enhancer regions be far upstream from transcribed. These enhancers their DNA binding factors are highly variable lead recruitment unique co-activator complexes that initiation progression through nucleosomal structure chromatin. essence then, every becomes microenvironment, sum several elements, elements chromatin structure. The gene’s rate then dependent on efficiency these interactions – an average effects each leading fine tuning transcriptional responses according cellular needs. It therefore not surprising major checkpoint for cell. next new mRNA molecule post-transcriptional modification, augments stability messenger export cytoplasm (in eukaryotes) translation into proteins.
