摘要: Immediate postoperative thrombosis of left superior vena cava-left pulmonary artery anastomosis in a modified Fontan procedure for single ventricle and stenosis is described. Before thrombolytic therapy with streptokinase initiated, confirmation by venography mandatory to lessen the risk cardiac tamponade or hemothorax. By this technique major surgical intervention avoided, but close attention dose coagulation profile essential. Measures be taken if bleeding occurs are
