摘要: Abstract Mixed-gas CO2/C2H6 sorption and dilation in a cross-linked poly(ethylene oxide) copolymer were studied at temperatures ranging from −20 to 35 °C. The polymer was prepared by photopolymerization of solution containing 70 wt.% glycol) methyl ether acrylate (PEGMEA) 30 diacrylate (PEGDA). Four different gas mixtures (10, 25, 50 70 mol% CO2) considered operating pressures up 21 atm. At given temperature, increased with pressure CO2 content. Compared pure-gas values, solubility higher the presence ethane, an effect whose extent decreasing temperature. Ethane also compared value T ≥ 25 °C. However, T ≤ 0 °C, carbon dioxide initially reduced ethane solubility. As fugacity mixture dilated, progressively increased, eventually surpassing value. multicomponent Flory–Huggins model could describe pure- mixed-gas data simultaneously, provided that empirical composition dependence included interaction parameters for T
