摘要: Under laboratory conditions coronaviruses were shown to have a high frequency of recombination. In The Netherlands, vaccination against infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) is performed with vaccines that contain several life-attenuated strains. These highly effective may create ideal for recombination, and could therefore be dangerous in the long term. This paper addresses question recombination avian coronavirus IBV field. A method was sought detect quantify from sequence data. Nucleotide sequences eight isolates region genome suspected aligned compared. Phylogenetic trees constructed different sections this region. Differences topology between these observed, suggesting three out strains vivo RNA recombinant had occurred.
