摘要: Background Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in China. Results from a randomized controlled trial using annual low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) specific high-risk groups demonstrated 20% reduction lung mortality. Methods A China national screening guideline was developed by early detection and treatment expert group appointed National Health Family Planning Commission, based on results Lung Screening Trial, systematic review evidence related to LDCT screening, protocol program conducted rural China. Results Annual with recommended for high risk individuals aged 50–74 years who have at least 20 pack-year smoking history currently smoke or quit within past five years. Individualized decision making should be before screening. also represents an opportunity educate patients as health risks smoking; thus, education integrated into process order assist cessation. Conclusions A provided population
