摘要: Sarcodonin e (2), isolated from Sarcodon scabrosus, was treated with trimethylsilyldiazomethane to yield a crystalline methylated derivative 6. The structure of 6 determined by X-ray analysis, which confirmed the presence an unprecedented N(1b)-OMe group, configuration at N(1b) and 1,3,4-substituted phenyl ring 2. More importantly, structures 2 have answered intriguing problem solving core sarcodonin class natural products, establishing that sarcodonins benzodioxazine structure, rather than recently proposed benzodioxane aminal structure.
