摘要: Abstract We studied the effects of L-phenylalanine and a-methylphenylalanine on 32P in vitro incorporation into cytoskeletal proteins from cerebral cortex 17-day-old rats. Slices were incubated absence or presence increasing concentrations l -phenylalanine, α-methylphenylalanine -phenylalanine plus for 1 h. The fraction obtained slices was same drugs measured. Addition did not change proteins, but phenylalanine decreased phosphorylation β tubulin. Furthermore, addition both 160 kDa neurofilaments α-tubulin.
