摘要: Improving service logistics is crucial in order to reciprocate customer needs. The paper aims validate the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Lifecycle Model for re-designing three LSP case studies Thailand. lifecycle-stage evaluation was adapted identify current status its lifecycle. Afterward, strategies were implemented according voice of by Quality Function Deployment (QFD). study combined with application Industry 4.0 (I4.0) improve logistics. Case showed implementation feasibility solution 4.0.
