摘要: This paper describes a procedure for obtaining conditional accuracy functions(CAFs) from naive observers and restricted number of trials. The method permits the experimenter to counter subjects’ tendency favor in tasks which stimulus discrimination is easy. Each time block 12 trials contains less than three errors, are instructed, by means speed-up signal, respond faster. subject continuously informed about her/his effective reaction time. data show that desired speed-accuracy tradeoff was obtained within each 7 observers. mean percent error around 25%.
