摘要: Cell migration is a complex coordinated process in which several compartments of the cells are involved, including surface receptors, signaling elements, and cytoskeleton. Collectively, these interacting components can be termed as cell’s migrosome. Although principal mechanisms same among that migrate adult human body, i.e. leukocytes, stem cells, fibroblasts, tumor regulation composition migrosome shows cell type-specific characteristics, old concept ‘one protein, one function’ has to revisited with regard this function.
