摘要: Elucidating the driving factors among-population divergence is an important task in evolutionary biology, however relative contribution from natural selection and neutral genetic differentiation has been less debated. A manipulation experiment was conducted to examine whether phenotypic of Leymus chinensis depended on climate variations or differentiations at 18 wild sites along a longitudinal gradient 114 124°E northeast China common garden condition transplantation. Demographical, morphological physiological phenotypes L. populations exhibited significant gradient, but these divergent narrowed significantly Moreover, most were correlated with mean annual precipitation temperature sites, suggesting that climatic variables played vital roles species. Relative greater heterozygosity (HE), genotype evenness (E) Shannon-Wiener diversity (I) western group suggested also drove However, (FST = 0.041) greatly lower than quantitative (QST = 0.199), indicating selection/climate variable main factor determining species large-scale gradient.
