摘要: Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is increasingly offered as a curative option for many patients with hematologic malignancies. Improvements in HCT strategies and supportive care have resulted growing number of long-term survivors. However, these survivors are at an increased risk developing debilitating chronic health conditions, including premature cardiovascular disease. These complications more common than the general population, there well-described associations between therapeutic exposures, traditional factors, subsequent disease risk. The authors present herein overview current state knowledge regarding pathogenesis factors some commonly occurring after HCT, highlighting existing surveillance recommendations future directions research to minimize morbidity
