摘要: A method was devised with the purpose of preparing significant amounts isolated intact follicles suitable for “in vitro” studies on protein synthesis machinery mammalian oocytes. Ovaries immature mice (8– 14-day s old), free annexes and surrounding fat are squashed gently a wire screen placed over rim centrifuge tube. This step is followed by washing in saline-gelatin solution which centrifuged twice at low speed to separate from smaller ovarian components. At mentioned ages about 170– 190 80 μ diameter found ovary. 20% this population comes out means that 30 ovaries may yield 1,000 follicles. The samples were examined under light microscope check their homogeneity electron see whether squashing introduced changes cell cytoplasm. No observed. therefore considered useful as previous studying, molecular level, metabolic phenomena related oocyte growth further differentiation.
