摘要: Among the nucleic acids, single-stranded RNA molecules have highest potential to form a large variety of structures and undergo quite different structural transitions. The determination their structure transitions is prerequisite for understanding function in replication, transcription, translation, regulation. In many cases problem particularly difficult addition secondary formed by Watson-Crick base pairs possibly wobble pairs, complicated tertiary exists which cannot be described few prototypes interactions.
