摘要: Zhibai dihuang pill is a famous traditional Chinese medicine formula containing the herbal Phellodendri amurensis cortex. In this work, an integrative pattern recognition approach including principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squared discriminant based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to MS was successfully applied for rapid discovery of natural compounds from medicines. 24 min analysis, 93 were identified or tentatively characterized their fragmentation behaviors, 23 which A total 26 metabolites in plasma cortex formula, among them, 12 prototypes 14 through metabolic pathways demethylation, methylation, hydrolysis, sulfate conjugation, glucuronide seven more than that single drug, suggesting importance compatibility medicine.
