摘要: A flexible wire assembly includes a plurality of elongated conductors and insulators each having quadrilateral cross section alternatingly laminated together, the width measured across conductor insulators, height equivalent to length which is in longitudinal direction orthogonal height, wherein one or more orders magnitude greater than height; first device comprising bond pads spaced define pad pitch, coupled at such that spacing matched pitch.
