摘要: A system and method for supporting handovers between different radio access technologies is provided. communications device operations includes sending a request to controller of the change an operating mode device, receiving transmission responsive request. The also in response determining that has granted border cell, changing tuning at least one receiver alternate technology (RAT), initiating handover with RAT.
