摘要: A technique is provided for sending, by a first base station (BS), data rate test notification to one or more neighbor BSs, performing, the BS, between BS and core network, receiving, reply message from BSs indicating whether not caused decrease in available reducing, an amount of resources allocation bearers if messages indicate that BS.
