摘要: Aliphatic nitro derivatives represent an important class of useful molecules in organic synthesis. The versatility these compounds is largely due to their easy availability and transformation into a variety diverse functionalities. Moreover, aliphatic are very building blocks (both as nucleophiles or electrophiles) for the generation new carbon–carbon bonds, mainly via nitroaldol-Henry reactions, Michael reactions Diels–Alder cycloadditions. Usually, solvents believed be necessary achieving best efficiency and, only recently, it has been shown that also efficient using water reaction medium. Such progress chemistry particularly attractive industry since replacement toxic still remains crucial (and expensive) challenge. Thus, this report focused on performed aqueous media.
