摘要: Disclosed are compositions for forming organic insulating films and methods using one or more of the compositions. The include at least ultraviolet (UV) curing agent, water-soluble polymer fluorine compound, method includes applying composition to a substrate form coating layer, irradiating layer with UV light an exposed developing aqueous solution obtain film and/or pattern. Also disclosed thin transistors comprising formed by that may exhibit improved hysteresis performance acceptable surface properties without need additional processing, thereby simplifying fabrication process.
