摘要: In the mammalian ovary, follicular and corpus luteum cycle is associated with intensive microvascular remodelling. The complex angiogenic dynamics are finely tuned by numerous regulatory factors acting as activators (upregulators) or inhibitors (downregulators) of angiogenesis. Alterations such a tight modulation involved in several pathologies, including infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hyperstimulation syndrome cancer. We have demonstrated experimental models that function critically specifically dependent on angiogenesis for development, ovulation, growth. aim this review to summarize results we obtained morphodynamic remodelling microvascularization, polyovulatory (rat, rabbit pig) monovulatory species (cow), using scanning electron microscopy vascular corrosion casts. knowledge morphological expression up downregulation occurring mono animals might provide useful information preserve fertility increase effectiveness reproductive management domestic interest.
