摘要: A biomass fuel gasification chamber, blast tube, and heat exchange chamber are interconnected horizontally subjected to negative drawing pressure by a large variable speed chimney fan. An auger with an air lock feeds automatically into the chamber. Fuel is moved across on partially serrated sloping grate. Three stages of activity created: anaerobic heating for pyrolysis, combustion, incandescent charcoal oxydation gasification. fan, flue, directional duct baffles control underfire air. programmed in airtight removes ash automatically. In systems hydraulic moving wedge floor assists feeding grate moves fuel. fan long preheating fins inside preheat direct tube leading from Openings angled both longitudinally transversely create turbulence directed away Preheated flow draw gases crack gases, shoot fire The heats external system. Particulates removed producing clean-emission exhaust gas. Temperature quality sensors provide feedback signals various system controls maintain optimum operating conditions.
