摘要: A water-cooling module includes a main body. The body has receiving space and water room partitioning board. is partitioned by the board into pump chamber heat exchange chamber. communicate with each other through at least one communication section. unit disposed in transfer cooling fluid filled up to circulate within entirely immersed so that operation efficiency of enhanced thinned. Moreover, problem overheating solved.
