摘要: Current debates in social and political studies raise concerns about a ‘democratic deficit’ society. Critical work, employment industrial relations similar intensified employer managerial power weak workers’ voice substantive decision-making organizations workplaces. This article proposes that consideration of philosopher Etienne Balibar’s conceptions post-national citizenship, droit de cite, popular sovereignty ‘worksites democracy’ can usefully stimulate renewed discussion on organizational democracy.
