摘要: Two experiments on the nature of avoidance behavior in goldfish are reported. In first experiment, a master/yoked design was used to determine degree which Pavlovian conditioning would generate acquisition shuttle response by goldfish. Results indicated that mere sequence signal-shock pairings experienced animals is not this situation sufficient explain development instrumental responding. The second experiment conducted study effects three variables retention and extinction response. First, unilateral lesions telencephalon produced transient deficit from subjects recovered normal levels. Retention after bilateral ablation impaired never fully with additional training. Second, reduced under higher intensities electric shock. Third, overtraining task before had only nonsignificant enhancing effect Extinction always poorer following ablation, independent type intensity shock, overtraining, terminal level performance. results discussed terms various theories telencephalic function fish.
