摘要: Studying the process of ageing in humans is dependent on methods for quantitative measurement physiological differences between younger and older individuals. Although many cases chronological age used as a ageing, it provides merely rough approximation actual person. Here, we propose computer method measuring human knee by using analysis radiographic Haralick bone texture. Experiments longitudinal data from Baltimore Longitudinal Study Aging show that texture correlates with age, reflected tibial anisotropy measured not linear to age.
