摘要: The ability of the calcium ionophore A23187 to release slow reacting substance anaphylaxis (SRA-A) from human leukocytes was studied. About 25 times more SRS-A activity released aliquots by stimulation than antigen stimulation, although comparable amounts histamine were released. Cell separation studies revealed that granulocytes other basophils also capable releasing SRS-A. contractile after challenge with appeared physicochemically identical rat or origin in terms its stability base hydrolysis, inactivation arylsulfatase, and chromatographic behavior on silicic acid Sephadex LH-20 columns.
