摘要: This study presents a clinical, radiographic, laboratory, and histologic/histomorphometric analysis of the use mandibular block autografts for vertical alveolar ridge augmentation. Twelve patients were included in study. The autogenous fixated at recipient sites with screws, mixture bone marrow inorganic bovine mineral (Bio-Oss) was used periphery. At re-entry surgery, all grafts appeared well incorporated sites. Radiographic measurements revealed an average 5.75 +/- 1.29 mm augmentation 1 month after surgery 4.75 4 to 6 months surgery. indicated 17.4% resorption.
