摘要: Fish eggs are often excluded from identification analysis since at this stage of development there few morphological characters. The correct can provide important information about spawning areas species. current work aimed to identify fish in the Tibagi and Cinzas Rivers using DNA barcode obtain on richness diversity, adding existing data area. Of 928 sequences analyzed BOLD Systems database, 99.78% were able be identified a specific level, demonstrating high success rate for egg identification. samples resulted 25 species, 11 families, 2 orders. species found, more than half (60%) present reproductive migration behavior, indicating that tributaries Capivara reservoir being used as migratory route by these Eggs rare endangered grounds results demonstrate importance identifying reservoir-influenced environments recognize breeding native well maintenance Paranapanema River.
